Our Story
Founded by Matthew Pursell
Maverick Aircraft Services was founded by Matthew Pursell, an Arkansas native with a passion for craftsmanship, mechanical excellence, and aviation.
Matthew began his professional journey in South Florida, working aboard yachts as a deckhand and junior engineer. During that time, he developed a keen eye for detail, refined his detailing skills, and strengthened his mechanical aptitude while caring for complex, high-value vessels.
After meeting his wife, Matthew returned to Arkansas to be closer to family. They were drawn to Northwest Arkansas by its energy, strong sense of community, and exciting future.
While currently pursuing his pilot's license, Matthew developed a deep appreciation for the beauty, capability, and engineering of aircraft. He also recognized the importance of dependable, detail-oriented support for aircraft owners. That vision became Maverick Aircraft Services.
Focused on owner-operated aircraft, Maverick Aircraft Services provides attentive, personalized care through aircraft detailing, maintenance tracking, logbook organization, and other ownership-support services.
